Release Summary
This release focuses on resolving multiple issues.

Resolved issues
- Fixed an issue when the console would not run properly on a non-English device.
- Fixed an issue when the console would not detect broken or missing PostgreSQL.
- Fixed an issue with broken support links in the console.
- Fixed an issue with new installations overriding old installations when used in virtual
environments.

Known issues
CBC-22706 AV will not use master Agent from another SUBNET for updates.
