Title: Net security with Avast via Wifi/Hacked

Hello,

Ronald here better known as Evilvette in some communities. I'm curious to know how a security support system set into place with tons of talent still even online with remote access to the damaged unit gets walked around by a hacker? In addition I'd like to know why a follow up call never transpired as well?
