Title: I issued a Refund no answer

i issued a refund at the 31.01.2022

i quickly got an email telling me what Avast needs to find my Account and all that so i can get my Refund
did all that send everything in

TWICE

and i am not gettign an answer anymore

what am i supposed to do

i even issued a second refund
in that one i already Provided ALL the data that was needed and i got the SAME email telling me theres things needed i Already provided

Depending on the payment method the refund could take 7 working days (typically for bank payments, but you don't say how you paid).

Posting multiple 'duplicate' support ticked can actual slow the process as they are treated as one and dated according to your last submission.

I don't work for avast before shooting the messenger.

You're welcome.

Yes, that would certainly take a little time to appear as cleared funds in your account after a refund request.

i mean thats fine but shouldnt there be an answer comming in like

we acceptet the refund or anything im just concerned nothing happens for 30 days and they keep the
money even tho the programm didnt do as i expectet it to do

As I said -"I don't work for avast" so my knowledge of the functioning of refunds/support ticket notifications is extremely limited.

In my limited experience people should get an acknowledgement of the support ticket (with a link back to the ticket) and generally non receipt of such acknowledgement is likely to be either a typo in the email address or being caught in a spam filter.
