Hello,
I renewed my subscription 3 weeks ago, paid for it but never got an email with an activation-code. I have contacted customer service and sent them all the information they asked for (including the proof of payment), but I haven't heard from them ever since (it's been two weeks now). This is very frustrating, my subscription ends March 8th so I keep getting pop-up messages saying I should renew my subscription. But customer 'service' is not responding. Does anyone have a tip how I can get the code I paid for? Or at this point my money back would also be a good solution. Very unhappy customer here.
