Hello Garden,

to help you I need to know more details. Please could you add the following details?

- where were your passwords stored? Did you use a password manager extension or the built-in password manager in the browser?
- could you check this page secure://settings/passwords?search=passwo and let me know what you see?
- by "account google logged in) disappeared", do you mean that google is logged out?

It looks to me that the browser is using different profile than before. Please send me output of this page: secure://settings/diagnosticInfo

Thank you

Hello ondrejz,
Thanks for the help.

-My password were stored in the browser with none addons or password manager extension.
-Nothing, the only thing in there are the two password I typed after lost all.
-Exactly. I was with my profile connected to other 6 profiles but with this problem I was logged out and without any of their password saved.

Hi,

thanks for the answers. A few more questions...

1) How many accounts do you have on your PC? In the profile path I see your account is called "user". Didn't you use another one before? How many user names do you see in C:\Users?
2) DId you use another browser before yous switched to Avast browser? Are the passwords in that browser? If so, you can import them to Avast browser via settings -> import
3) What do you mean by "connected to other 6 profiles"?
4) Did you enable Browser Sync in Avast Browser? I mean did you login to Avast browser via page: secure://settings/syncSetup

Thank you
