Title: when you right-click and hover over New, there is no suggestion to create Note

After using Avast Cleanup, when you right-click and hover over New, there is no suggestion to create Note and MS Word.
What should I do? How to eliminate?

Right click and hover over/on what?

After using Avast Cleanup, when you  on the desktop of your computer right-click and hover over New, there is no suggestion to create Note and MS Word.
What should I do? How to eliminate?

You could try restarting explorer.exe in Task Manager.

try the 'new' in right click again on the desktop and see if that rebuilds it.
