On Ubuntu 20.04

Scan works only after reboot wich is anoying (request additional development on my side). Probably the same with 18.04 but doesn't care.

scan still use only 1 full CPU like 3.0.x.
That's quite a shame on Linux, can't you make it more scalable with an option to choose the max CPU usage ?

Hi, the `scan` tool, and the scanning engine itself, are basically the same as in 3.x. The engine is being updated regularly via VPS updates (its code is also being updated).

May I ask what is your use case? Are you scanning a single big file (archive?) or a directory? The big-file scan may not fully utilize multiple CPUs, but the directory scan should.
