Hi forum,
I seek your advice regarding a duplicated renewal payment.
My annual Antivirus Renewal expired in March 2022, my account has been deducted twice for the renewal payment. (18th/20th)
The refund 30 day window has passed,I'm still due the duplicated payment refund, what is the procedure for requesting my refund?

Hi,
You have two subscriptions.
One for Avast Premium Security and one for Avast AntiTrack Premium.
On the 18th your subscription for Avast AntiTrack Premium was renewed. On the 21st your subscription for Avast Premium Security was renewed.
