Title: What is this, coming up every 20 mins

I am wondering what this means and if i should take any action on it. This message pops up about every 20mins (haven't timed it) when chrome is open. Have no idea what it means and don't know if i should take any action on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

I have just preformed the reset. Am waiting to see if the pop-up comes up again. Thanks
