Title: websites blocked

I've been trying to solve this for a long tiime...I'm not a real geeky computer user...and i just use the override directions and it works..excpet for wiki...I can't get onto wiki...

is there a chance this is being caused by some setting in avast....on  a mac...10.11.6

since last AVAST update, my wife's computer cannot access previously used websites (all legit Australian financial services companies) with the following error
I did make choices in the installation of the update, but cannot find out what needs to be changes to alow these websites to be seen and used. Help please!
