Hi ! I want to buy Avast so before that I am trying free version 22.5.6015 (build 22.5.7263.0) with virus defination is 220618-2 UI version 1.0.706 in my Windows 10 64-bit Dell Vostro 3468 laptop. After install it's block my all internet connection. So, I google and visit so many sites and also visit this forum and I do 1.Disable HTTPS but not work. 2.I do disable all protection and run AvEmUpdate.exe and wait for 5 minute but not work. 3. I do clean installation with latest Avast Cleanup utility which run from Safe Mode and re install Avast Free OFFLINE installer but not work. 4. I have checked other antivirus and similiar firewall related software but not work and also see other softwares are there in my PC but nothing suspicious found. 5. I reset my router but nothing work. And I do other so many things but nothing works. 6. I turned off Web Shield and all internet works normal. So, kindly help me...

and Apprx how much time does it take to resolve this issue? Because I am using my PC without Web Shield protection since I am installing.
Meanwhile, I am trying to turn off and turn on one by one and check all setting options under Settings->Protection->Core Shields->Web Shield but nothing solves my problem.

thank you for the data. Unfortunately, the support package does not contain any records that would suggest avast (Web Shield) is behind your connectivity issues. May I ask you to repeat the steps described by Asyn? But this time could please turn off and turn on the Web Shield just before you try to reproduce the issue?

I have updated through setting-update. New version is 22.6.6022-build 22.6.7355.731
After restart the same issue. Internet only work if i am completely turned off web shield.
When I get the solution?
