Title: After uninstalling Avast Microsoft Defender doesn't run

After uninstalling avast free antivirus, my notification pop up regarding activating the microsoft inbuild virus and threat protection.
Sadly the whole page is not available to me after the avast uninstall. First it states that my local IT Administrator limited service. Then no single feature of the virus and threat protection is usable. For example if click "real time protection" on it will snap back to off right away.
Further it states the virus and threat protection as "unknown".
I would like to use it as previous. I have tried various methodes of fixing with regedit, group policies etc but these didn't help so far.
Any help really appreciated!

Sometimes a couple of reboots are required for Defender to sort itself out after AV changes are made.
