Title: Keep getting phishing popup says explorer.exe is process.

So this is annoying AF. Every 2 or 3 minutes I get a popup saying Avast One aborted a connection to mycontrolpanel29.com .. Have tried looking into how to get rid of it, but nothing has panned out and it is annoying as hell. If Avast detects it, you would think they would at least tell you how to try to get rid of it, if not fix the problem itself. So, does anyone know how to get rid of this crap, besides uninstalling Avast One and just riding on Windows Defender? I would attach a screenshot, but this janky forum does not seem to let me attach a screenshot like every other forum on the internet does.
