Hi.
I am using Avast Premium on iOS and when I open it, it is report that it is failed to scan for potential leaks without any further information.
I can confirm that Avast app got permission to connect to the internet with both mobile data and Wi-Fi.
Running
Avast 2.11.1.385
iOS 15.5
Thank you.

FYI, same issue reported on the Japanese forum.

Thank you,
Our devs are aware of it and working on a fix. I cannot provide any ETA.

OK thank you, I'll notify OP about that. :)

I’ve been getting this for several months. I assume it means it can’t check for leaked emails from internet hacks, but there is no further info from the app. Just a message saying “We found something you should look at”. How, exactly, should I do this?
-
I am also getting the same - did you ever find a solution?
-
I am having this error plus unable to load new messages! I am also being hacked. I am on a iPhone 13. I need help Please
-
I too am having the same problem, "Failed to scam for potential leaks"
This was fixed in the last update, but its back. Avast please help!
