Title: Avast can't open website?

Does anyone know why my Avast browser cannot open the website www.grantpharmacy.com?
I keep getting the error messages:
"This site can’t be reached"
"www.grantpharmacy.com unexpectedly closed the connection."
I turned off "Anti Phishing" on Avast and my antivirus program, but it still won't work.

I don't believe it has anything to do with Avast or the Avast Secure Browser (ASB).

1.  The site isn't blocked by Avast, see attached image, I use Firefox as my default browser.

2.  The ASB shouldn't just block, it too should give some reason if it blocked it.  It could just be a high volume of visitors overloading their servers.

As an aside the URL doesn't get a great report here - https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/grantpharmacy.com - High Security Risk, outdated software.

One other attempted site check failed - no reason given why.

No problem opening the site is the ASB.
