Title: I paid for 1 year, not 11 months

I paid for a 1 year (365 day subscription) just yesterday and what does it tell me? 334 days left. That's 11 months! I get the joke, it's very funny, but please give me what I paid for.

Now it's 332 days left. Here's a screenshot https://ibb.co/2nbqXb1 . I signed up on July 18th. Shouldn't it be 365 days total considering I paid for the year plan?

Did you happen to use a 30 day trial ?

Though as far as I'm concerned (as an avast user) the trial shouldn't come of the year when you sign up.

I had the free version installed when I paid for 12 months. I also switched Windows installations on the registered computer yesterday.

OK I have pulled in a screenshot (that you posted, many won't visit unknown 3rd party content) so r@vast can follow up as he asked.

I also cropped out your email address, I will assume that this is the email you used and also your forum use.  That way r@vast has the email he can follow on.  Only you and moderators can see your email.

What you see is the next charge date, not the subscription's expiration date. Your subscription will expire on 18 July 2023. Your billing date can be up to 30 days before the start of the next subscription period (for another 1 year). Also mentioned here: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/sale-billing-faq/#idt_0110
