Hi Avast,

The Web of Science™, the world’s most trusted publisher-independent global citation database currently owned by Clarivate (previously the Intellectual Property and Science business of Thomson Reuters) and the world's leading platform that provides (typically via the internet) access to multiple databases that provide reference and citation data from academic journals, conference proceedings, and other documents in various academic disciplines,

is also blocked as URL:TechScam. It is clean as you can see at:

The link you provided is/was 4 months old - a refreshed one has one considered as Spam.
