Not sure what this has to do with Avast - at first I suspected spam and was looking for a hidden spam link :)

So I did a search on what you asked "recovering a windows 10 password on another computer" and that returns many hits, some not so specific.

There is even one from Avast.

Obviously there are security concerns that both of these computers are yours and or have permission to do this on both computers.
