Title: I can't seem to be able to contact Avast support.

I recently filed a claim for a double charge I got for Avast Driver Updater, which I was told had a double licence that I have no idea how I ended up having.

I made the claim on customer support and got answered by a lady called "Luisana".

She gave me options out of this issue and I accepted.

But upon writing my reply, this was the answer I received:

This happened twice in a row. Does this mean I am unable to get in touch with Avast support by replying to their messages? Do I need to open a new ticket?

Any help or tips would be appreciated.

When you contacted Avast, did you use the same email address relating the "double charge I got for Avast Driver Updater"  ?
Did you provide the Order ID relating to the double charge ?

Both of these would be used to try and identify your order and or charge.

As an Avast User not an Avast Team member, I can't directly help in this matter.

I most certainly did reply their email.

A strange issue I had was that when I replied on my computer, I was given that message as a bounceback.

But when I sent another email on my phone, I didn't, implying this time it went through (similar to how I am unable to connect to the Avast Forums in my PC but in the cellphone it works fine).

I'm now hoping this resolves the issue for now and that they answer me soon.
