How to add this exception url *.avast.com to windows 10 firewall?
I need temporarily unistall from my laptop

Why would you need to ad this exception to the windows firewall  ?

I don't see why it would be necessary or are you saying that the windows firewall is blocking that activity  ?
I only use the windows firewall and I have at times uninstalled avast, when moving from the beta channel back to the regular update channel and never a problem with the windows firewall.
