Please help. I have Avast Business installed on my pc. I also have an application called Bark installed on my PC that monitors my children's iPhone and Social Media accounts. Avast keeps picking it up as a threat and giving me the error message below. I keep telling it to create an exception and the warning goes away. However the warning comes back like in the screenshot below and I can no longer create an exception - I am forced to click restart now and Avast removes the Bark program from my computer. This is extremely frustrating as I have to go through the full reinstall process of Bark again to monitor my kids iPhones and then Avast ends up removing it again after a couple of days!! Please help me fix this - I am close to just removing Avast from my PC and using the built in Windows protection.
I can't figure out how to insert the picture of the error into this text so here is my best effort to describe it.
A box pops up that says Restart Needed - Please restart your PC to move UPDATE.EXE to your Quarantune. This is the only way to contain this threat. Then a green button that says RESTART NOW - there are no other options for me to select
Threat Name: IDP.Generic
File Path: C:\users\Main\AppData\Local\Bark\Update.exe
Process: C:\users\Main\AppData\Local\Bark\Update.exe
Detected By: Behavior Shield
Status: Blocked
Then there is a code at the bottom 032dbcc6e452/2022-09-30T11:20:31.125z
Thank you for any help!

First establish whether it is a genuine detection or an FP.
If Update.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files\Common Files",
then the security rating is 46% dangerous.
Did you try to update the latest bark app?
