Title: Avast Web Shield blocking ALL internet access after recent update.

After the recent update (I assume on September 20) Avast started blocking all internet access until I go inside it's settings and switch Web Shield off and then on again, but after some time it stops all connections again, apparently. 

I have already used uninstall utility and did fresh installation of Avast, but it still keeps happening.

Windows 10 with latest updates.
Avast 22.9.6034 (build 22.9.7554.734)

Were there any other reports about this? I did find similar issues from 2017 and 2018 and back then it seems it was some internal issue which needed a fix.

Hi,

Does this happen for all browsers and applications?
Can you provide a screenshot of any error message?

The whole internet isn't working when it happens. Nothing opens. There are no error messages. Ethernet adapter appears to be working and pc appears to be online, but nothing can actually connect. Disable all shields, or at least web shield fixes the issue.
