If i compare about Avast vs Portmaster for consumer security and PRIVACY then what will be Best for consumer ? although Portmaster is free and wellknown for Better security didnt know as privacy leak news before

Personally from just the info returned in the search list, I think it is probably too much hassle for your average user. That's before even trying to answer what you asked (my last paragraph).
Avast Free antivirus doesn't even have firewall, personally that suits me, I'm happy with the windows firewall. But Avast Free also has the Network Inspector which requires little or no interaction from the user. Avast One (even the free version) has a Firewall
I think you are trying to over complicate things in the hunt for the best of everything, I have no idea how this program works, if you are saying it is security related, there is always a risk of conflict.
I also don't know what you mean by this either:

I don't see how you can compare two products that aren't the same.

The firewall in the free version is not selected when using the default install.
So, you either need to do as custom install or use add, modify component after the install.
@David, thanks for clarifying my misread. Portmaster makes sense but isn't anything that can be compared to an Avast function.
