Title: Command Prompt opening at startup, it runs for a few seconds and shows an error
Post by: freeger278 on October 16, 2022, 05:25:49 PM
For the last couple of days, I have been getting a Command Prompt window with an error, on startup. There doesn't seem to be a solution for it anywhere. In short, it says "Waiting for [number] press a key to continue..." and then displays an error message that reads, "Windows cannot find C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\DRPsu\PROGRAMS\DotNet.exe." Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again."

This may have been triggered by a program I recently uninstalled that was part of a software bundle. I have also run a scan with Avast and Malwarebytes, but to no avail. I've included two screenshots of the problem, including the CMD prompt showing in Task Manager, and the FRST logs below. Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you want help with FRST logs you must use Malwarebytes forum or bleeping computer.
Those who could assist with FRST dont frequent this forum anymore
