Title: VPN NOT WORKING

The "selected address" that I have set up in my VPN is located in the UK
When I visit Spain the bookmakers website that I use knows I am in Spain even when my VPN is switched on - why is that ??                                                                                    It appears that the VPN isn't working. !!
