Title: Spyware on my devices. Help!

Hello, I hope I'm posting this to the right place. I've been having an issue where I've been targeted by cybercriminals. My laptop PC and android phones are being monitored somehow. I have run many antivirus programs (including avast), scanned for rootkits, used firewalls and factory reset all my devices but the issue always comes back. I'm not sure how this is happening. Could someone please help me secure my devices for good.

Generally speaking, there are no more malware experts on the Avast Forums who volunteer. I would highly suggest creating an account with Malwarebytes and posting to their forums. They have several trained volunteers to help with removing malware and securing systems.

Unfortunately, qualified malware removal specialists once qualified have to remain current and there has been very little activity for them in the Viruses and Worms sub-forum they have moved to sites that essentially cover virus/malware removal.

There used to be an active community of qualified malware removal specialists, but as activity/need dropped off, so too did the numbers of qualified malware removal specialists.
