How to remove email from Mail Guardian, when not have a subscription anymore?

I tried putting my email on Mail Guardian, when I had a paying subscription. I don't have a a subscription anymore, so can't access Mail guardian and remove my email from it.
My goal is to remove my email from Mail Guardian. Please help
