Title: Scan au démarrage

hello today I launched a scan at startup after downloading the packs. I restarted the pc (win 10) two windows appeared and disappeared as quickly as they arrived then in the middle of the screen a band writes "avsct antivirus is loading" it's been 4 hours already but it remains blocked on that. my question is simple, is the scan in the process of being done or should I turn off the computer knowing that only the mouse is working. ps i don't speak english i use google translate if you speak french or spanish you are the best for me
