i've been using gyazo for years and avast started blocking screenshots from it. It comes up as phishing. I already went and added gyazo to my exceptions list and that did not help wanted to see if anyone here could help thank.

If you can post a screenshot of the Avast alert window (with the more details options displayed), it may help us to help you.
I was able to connect to the site without alert, so your screenshot would help.
-
yes i can connect to the website just fine but i can't send or recieve a screenshot using gyazo now
-
when i recieve or try to send a screenshot it gets blocked by avast for Phishing
-
this is what pops up
-
I'm having the same issue - it only started today
-
same here hopefully they get this fixed soon
-
same problem. just started today. Gyzao is the quickest screenshot and gif program i know of so would like to keep using it without having to switch to another virus protection.
-
Same here. Started today. Can access the site but any screen grabs get shut down for phishing. Only way around it is to turn off web shield...

You can use the - Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php (https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php).
You should get a response in a day or two.

As of right now I was able to make and view my snippets without issue. Hope that is the same for everyone else
-
Thanks for the confirmation.

I too am having the same issue with Gyazo. Is it a real phishing scam?
