Title: False Positive
Post by: Mark77 on January 05, 2023, 09:53:10 AM
Hello.
Our site is marked as URL: Malvertising.
We use different protection and scanning tools such as adsecure, sucuri.net and others.
We make sure our site is clean.
Here are the clean scan results:
https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/jizzberry.com

I filled out a form for a false positive.
I have several questions:
1) How long does it take to remove a site from the blacklist?
2) How to protect site from being blacklisted?
3) Is it possible to set up monitoring of sites, are they in the avast lists or not?

You should get a response in a day or two.

As an Avast User I can't help with the other questions.

It's been 5 days and still no response.
Does anyone know alternative contacts for the tech support team?

Is this the link that you used - Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php (https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php)  ?

Looking at the sucuri.net link you gave, there are several points at the bottom, Hardening improvements.  I don't know if these have an impact.
