Title: Problem signing a document

I'm trying to sign a document online but with Avast secure browser with VPN on and it keeps moving the page up and down as I try to sign on the line. Also the tool bar at the bottom keeps appearing and disappearing when the page moves. There is no way I can sign anything like this. Chrome will lock it in place and it works fine but I need to use the Avast VPN so can anyone help me with this issue? I need this document to stay put so I can sign it.

Hi,

can you provide us with little more info? On which website are you trying to sign? What format is the document you are trying to sign (pdg, webpage, ...)?

I'm using my Galaxy S10 and trying to sing this doc. https://secure.ssa.gov/form I tried Avast and Duckduck and they both move around and I'm not sure why. I appreciate your reply and I hope you can lead me in the right direction for the fix.
