Title: Avast Premium Security - Linux Version
Post by: djgray on January 16, 2023, 06:01:45 PM
I see no specified forum for APS so I am placing my question here.  I have a family plan with Avast that protects my family's windows and iPhone devices. I also have some Linux devices that I'd like to use Avast on but see no means of doing so. There is an Avast Business plan, but this is not a business. This is my home. Are ther any plans to release a Linux install for home users?

There hasn't been a Linux version except for business in many, many years.

I still have it available here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-vSic0iJgyedGdOOG9RZ3dqdzA&usp=sharing (https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-vSic0iJgyedGdOOG9RZ3dqdzA&usp=sharing) It's not been supported for many years. If the VPS updates are no longer available, then the program really isn't worth installing.
