Title: No Record of Refund ORDER ID 115842094600

My subscription to Avast Premium Security was renewed without my authorization, on an expired credit card, on 10/24/2022.  I canceled the subscription, filed a dispute with Truist Bank, and requested a refund on 11/18/2022.  Your system shows that a refund of $83.45 was made on 11/18/2022.  I have no record of this refund being returned to my credit card. 

Please document to me where the refund was sent.  Or, send the refund expeditiously to my VISA account.  The expired card ended in 4720, the current card ends in 8416.  If more information is needed, please let me know.
