Title: internet protocol error

Using latest versions of Windows10, Firefox, and  Paid Avast One.  Two websites that I frequently use, www.chase.com and www.walgreens.com, suddenly give an internet protocol error but no error number.  Other we sites work normally.   If I temporarily suspend Avast the problem sites work as expected.  Is there a better solution?
