Avast blog article that reviews competitors, is leading to PUP and viruses
I mean this blog post. (https://www.avast.com/c-best-driver-updater-pc)

Here you can see other software made by the same company.

Well Avast can't really be responsible for the content of other sites
What is interesting is that site, even though the link is for https - the site doesn't appear to have an https function (so my browser rejects it, per my settings) - it also doesn't appear to have been updated for some considerable time...
So I would agree that should be removed from the Avast page and the page updated.
Also you say, PUPS and viruses?, PUPs aren't viruses per-say, what is wanted or unwanted is in the eyes of the beholder.

I see nothing within that article that leads to a virus.
If you can point that out, I'd be happy to forward the information on to Avast. Thanks
As far as PUP's, one persons utility could be another persons unwanted program.
