Post by: lichesssatrancturkiye on March 24, 2023, 07:50:56 PM
htxps://github.com/satrancistanbul/Satranc.exe-2.1 here is the my file.   https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/2c7f00bd3e870877ac5becede5eaca39b789f09be4d71cf5e4a4dd29ab2b145f?nocache=1 here is the result. There is no virus. Stop copycat other antiviruses if someone doing this something.

Avast doesn't copycat others, and it doesn't participate in the Virus Total on-demand scans, so that would be more than 31 detections on VT.

Please break active links to suspect file, remove the https element, e.g. github.com/satrancistanbul/Satranc.exe-2.1 so it isn'r active.

You can use the - Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php (https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php).
You should get a response in a day or two.

That said given the VT results I don't know if i would be cleared after analysis or not.

I also suggest that you look at the Relations tab in the VT results as there is a lot there.

The only reason for this malware to come to your device is to lure you into buying the software.

Best not to download this trojan at all.
