Title: Avast anti-virus installed but not showing on my dashboard.

When I go to my privacy and security center it shows anti-virus is not installed. I have installed it at least twice. I can open it and run a scan. Problem is the Avast browser shows it's not installed and I'm not getting bank mode. This computer is only 2 weeks old so installs are new on the Avast free secure browser and just did another install of anti-virus today. I want bank mode. I had no problems on my old computer using bank mode with free browser and free anti-virus installed. Both computers are win11. Can anyone suggest a fix?

Did this computer come with a factory preinstalled antivirus?
If so, was it removed before installing avast?

this computer came with windows defender which is still installed.

Windows defender is part of the Windows Os and can not be removed. It will autodisable when antivirus is installed

I still can't get the Avast browser to recognize that Avast anti-virus is installed. I just installed it again and nothing. The anti-vi is working and says my computer is protected but my Avast browser tab for Security and Privacy is still showing it's not installed and therefore I have no bank mode. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
