Title: Avast Customer Service only provides email support for paid mobile apps?

Today I was informed by Avast Customer Service that support for paid Avast mobile apps is provided via email only. Not by phone nor by chat. This seems a very inefficient, ineffective, and time consuming approach for the Avast customer. Your thoughts?
