Title: PROBLEMS WITH PURCHASE

Hi everyone
I had a mishap with the purchase of avast mac premium,
on 01/05/2023 €29.88,
from my card statement the purchase exists
but it doesn't exist on my avast profile
the strange thing is that no email was sent to me
no emails, no subscription, but credit card charges yes
Has this happened to anyone else?
