Can two Windows Vista Home Premium users at different locations share their computer screen? If so, how?

pcAnywhwere 12.1 (Vista compatible, using it every day). UltraVNC (latest Beta version is Vista compatible although it works perfectly without a single glitch, it is still Beta...). Used it here on my machine without any trouble.

Or simply... go here:

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/networking.mspx (http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/networking.mspx)

And scroll down to the bottom of the page to Remote Connections. Click on links you are interested in and learn a lot from there.

Note: Remote desktop (server) is installed by default for Vista Ultimate. If you upgrade to Ultimate, you might have to install the Remote Desktop server portion using Add Programs in Control panel. This is because the Home editions only have the Client portion of Remote Desktop.
