Title: Raising a complaint to AVAST

Hi All,

I have an ongoing issue from AVAST for a malware alert.
Been given the run around.

I have been told that AVAST does not a complaints number I can call. But they do have an email address I can send my issue to.

Issue I have has been ongoing for over 4 weeks now. Multiple Chats and emails and even calling their tech support with no answer.

When I did get a response it was a standard cut and paste answer and not relevant to the last Correspondence I had with Avast tech support on my issue.

Does anyone know how can raise an official complaint with Avast? Or has been suggested I now need to go the the Fair trade Ombudsman ( Australia) for my only recourse to get issue resolved.

You could have started here in the forums, as you did for your other post as this section relates to your avast account and this problem doesn't.

That said, you could have posted information about the ongoing malware alert as without it no one could possibly try to help. 
Are you actually trying to connect to the site when you get the alert or does this relate to your own site ?

Attaching a screenshot of the Avast alert with the Details option selected. 
- Attaching Images to your post - When you Click the Reply button it opens a text window for you to post your comment (reply or post).
Click the Preview button, that shows what you have input and expands it to include 'Attachments and other options'. Click that it further expands, here you can attach images, etc. at the bottom of your post.
