Title: Can't use Chrome Browser with Avast Version 23.7.2

When I try to use Chrome it won't open any web page, not even chrome web store and chrome://new-tab/, but when chrome://new-tab/ opens, which takes like one-two minutes to load, and immediately gos to chrome://new-tab-page-third-party/ like I'm not connected to internet. The only things that open are chrome's own web pages like chrome settings or chrome extensions. Please help, I'd like to use chrome again.
