Title: Outlook 2007: Outgoing Clean message being sent as an attachment

Using Outlook 2007, I recently noticed that the "clean" message is being sent as an attachment and not embedded as a tagline in the email.  I want to stop the attachment; I prefer to have it within the message.

Does anyone know how to do this? :-\
