Hey, I just noticed I have an account with avast on my Samsung Galaxy phone and I never had avast or seen it before, and when I try to remove it I get "this change isn't allowed by your admin" I checked and I don't have any avast on my phone.
-
More details will help.
- Android system version
- Screenshot of your avast account
- Screenshot of 'change isn't allowed'
- Snip of app list
How did you find out you had avast on your system?

Attach screenshot in 'Attachments and other options' below reply box.
Did you purchase your Android as new or used?
-
Attached.
New phone I already have it for a year and first time I saw I had avast was few days ago.
I have anotjer anti-virus.
-
Do you know this gmail account? Is it yours?
-
Yes it's mine..
-
Well, unfortunately your best option is to reset your phone.
You could lose all contacts, pictures, etc.,. if you do this so prepare ahead of time.
I will bring your issue to Avast developers tho, and you should wait for instructions on how to fix your issue. Might take a day or so.
-
Thank you, please let me know their response I'll be waiting
