Title: CAN'T INSTALL VPS UPDATE

Hi,
I have a problem with automatic update, so I try to download VPS update and run it to install; I receive this error:

Can't install VPS update. Please, report following errcodes
Ver: 4.7.859
SI: 0x00000002
ST: 0x00000002
LE: 0x00000000

What dows it means?

I'm so in hurry because the automatic update don't work and I can't install the update manually.

You need to update the program to continue updating the virus database.

even i am getting the same problem
avast does not update automatically and when m trying to do it manually its giving me the above mentioned error codes

Which is your firewall?
Which is your Windows? 98, Me, XP, Vista?
Do you use any other antivirus in your computer?

Can you try to repair your installation?
Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > avast! antivirus > Remove. Then choose Repair function in the popup window (Repair).
If this does not help, can you uninstall / boot / install / boot again?
