>:( >:( >:( Been trying to cancel my subscription... helpdesk doesnt answer... subscription shows in app, but not on web account, so i can not cancel it as it doesn't exist in my account, frustrated does not even come close to how im feeling.......

You might have asked them, but i have received nothing all i want to do is cancel the subscription...if you can arrange that then all is good...
