running avast, now i need a good spyware program to go with it.. can someone tell me what will work best ,thanks

Free: Spyware Terminator (http://www.spywareterminator.com/)

If you go with ST, set scheduled scans to "never" and use SUPERAntiSpyware Free (http://www.superantispyware.com/) for on-demand scanning.
