Title: popup in vista

Hi,
    Recently I change my old PC running on Win XP to a new computer running Vista Home.
I notice that my wife and my brothers PCs won't send a popup window when their PC receeive a virus alert (All of their PC running on Win XP). As my PC also act as storage server for their use. I wonder if Vista is blocking the Popup.
