Title: cant update

hello--

i cant seem to update my avast, get messages
that state: "cant start  incremental update"  or  the specific module can  not be found.....??  
who cld help me plz//

What version of avast! and virus database (VPS) do you have?
Which is your OS?

Can you download the full setup.exe file and install (repair) avast?
