Hello,
actually I am preparing a setup of Exchange 2007 SP1.
I bought avast Licenses for exchange server, but recognised too late that it is designed for Exchange up to 2003 only.
When I installed the scanner on a pilote system everything seemed to work fine.
Is there any known issue which will impede the productive start opf the system?
Which features will not work?
Which features will function properly?
Thanks in advance
Christian

I'm hoping for some good news soon regarding E2K7 support. 1st quarter has come and gone. Vik, any idea when?

As a temporary solution install the avast smtp server at least mails inbound will be scanned and cleaned.
Your licenses for this with your exchange purchase.

*bump*
When will Avast for Exchange will be available for Exchange 2007 ?

It appears to be time to start looking for alternatives to Avast for EXCHANGE 2007 installations. I've already lost the revenue for several thousand licenses because this was not available.
Alwil, is there any news you can provide to encourage us to stick with it? It is an unacceptable response to say development is working on it, and it's even more unacceptable to ignore this request for information.

As far as I know, the Exchange 2007 support has been implemented and now it's being tested.
